Property & Construction Recruiter (Full 360) - Sydney

The Opportunity

Ready to build something real? We're looking for an ambitious recruiter to own a thriving 360 permanent desk in Sydney's booming property and construction sector. This is your chance to run an independent operation with genuine growth potential, managing everything from winning new clients to placing top talent across the market.

You'll have complete autonomy over your desk. That means building meaningful client relationships, driving new business through smart outbound activity, sourcing exceptional candidates, and hitting (and exceeding) billing targets. What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle across a 360 desk: sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and placing talent at all levels

• Build and expand a robust candidate pipeline within property and construction

• Win new business through targeted outbound activity, relationship-building, and conversion

• Develop strong partnerships with key clients and stakeholders

• Drive revenue growth by hitting and growing your billing targets

• Manage candidate experiences from first contact through placement and beyond

Who You Are

• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in property, construction, or similar sectors

• Strong business development skills with the confidence to win new clients

• Self-motivated and resourceful - you don't need hand-holding

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Target-driven with genuine ambition to grow revenue and your desk

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of the Sydney property and construction market is a bonus
