Marketing Manager: Science-First Skincare

Our client is reinventing skincare by building products on peer-reviewed biology, not beauty-industry hype. They serve three distinct clinical audiences with a focused product range, operate fully remote, and are searching for a Marketing Manager to lead their two-person team and own the entire marketing function.

This is not a role for someone who wants to write "revolutionary" and "transformative." It's for someone who gets excited about translating complex biology into clear, honest language. You'll say what the science supports, nothing more. That discipline is their competitive advantage.

What You'll Own

• Full marketing strategy and execution across digital, retail, and clinical channels

• Translating clinical evidence and biological mechanisms into plain-language copy for consumers and healthcare professionals

• Campaign ideation, project management, and launch through to performance measurement

• Competitive analysis and market positioning for three distinct customer segments

• Marketing operations, reporting, and continuous optimization

• Hiring and developing the marketing team as you grow it

Who You Are

You have 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in regulated or science-backed industries (healthcare, biotech, or clinical skincare are ideal). You're comfortable with complexity and genuinely believe clarity is the highest form of communication. You understand digital marketing fundamentals: SEO, paid channels, email, analytics. You can manage multiple workstreams and thrive in a lean team environment.

You're not intimidated by healthcare professionals as an audience. You can read a study, understand a mechanism, and explain why precision matters. You know the skincare industry well enough to spot bullshit from a mile away and have strong opinions about why our client's approach is different.

You're organized, self-directed, and resourceful. Remote work suits you. You want to move fast without cutting corners.
