What You'll Do

Build Strategic Relationships
Develop and nurture key accounts across hospitals, aged care facilities, and allied health channels. You'll be the trusted partner connecting clinicians with products that genuinely improve patient outcomes and daily comfort.

Drive Sales Growth
Create and execute a compelling sales strategy that expands revenue and opens doors into new clinical settings. You'll own the numbers while staying focused on meaningful partnerships rather than transactional deals.

Expand Distribution
Identify untapped opportunities in the healthcare ecosystem. Pitch to decision-makers, navigate procurement processes, and position products where they'll make the biggest difference.

Manage the Pipeline
Track opportunities, forecast revenue, and keep momentum moving. You'll report on progress while staying agile enough to pivot when you spot new openings.

Who You Are

You've got proven sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or allied health. You understand procurement cycles, know how to talk to clinicians, and can navigate complex organizational structures. You're relationship-focused but results-driven, comfortable working independently while hitting ambitious targets.
