What You'll Actually Do

You're experienced in customer experience, support, or success roles, ideally in a space where trust and expertise matter (skincare, wellness, health, supplements). You have a track record of turning frustrated customers into satisfied ones.
You're naturally curious about why people think and feel the way they do. You listen more than you talk. You ask follow-up questions. You remember details.
You're honest enough to say "this might not be right for you" and confident enough to back it up with real knowledge. You care about accuracy and accuracy, not hitting metrics.
You're organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple conversations without losing the human touch. You communicate clearly, whether via email, chat, or phone.
