Content Creator

We're hiring a Content Creator to own our storytelling across every channel where our audience shows up - social media, blog, email, video, you name it.

This is a full-cycle role. You'll develop content ideas, write and shoot, edit for different platforms, hit publish, then analyze what actually worked. You're not handing off to someone else at each stage - you see it through. You'll work directly with marketing and product to figure out what our audience cares about, then make that into content that lands.

Here's what the work looks like:

You'll write for multiple formats - social posts, long-form blog pieces, email sequences, video scripts, captions. Each platform has its own rhythm and voice, and you'll keep our tone consistent while respecting that. You'll plan content calendars three months out, spot trends worth covering, and manage your own deadlines. Some weeks you're writing. Other weeks you're in the field shooting video or photos. You'll track performance - which posts drive clicks, what emails get opened, where people actually engage - and feed those insights back into what you create next.

You're comfortable working with limited resources and shipping good work fast. You don't need a huge production team or perfect conditions. You know how to use free and cheap tools well. You've either managed social accounts before, run a blog, made videos, or some combination - you have real examples of content you've created that performed.

You care about clarity and you can write tight. You edit your own work. You're not precious about it, but you won't ship something half-baked either.

You're curious about what makes people stop scrolling and actually pay attention. You read about content strategy and marketing, not because it's your job, but because you want to get better at it. You probably have opinions about what makes social media annoying and what actually works.

This is a permanent full-time role. We're small and lean, so you'll talk directly to the founders and product team about what we're building. You'll have real influence over how we communicate it.
