The Role

As our Data Analyst, you'll be the backbone of our platform. Your analysis will directly shape how property professionals discover opportunities and how employers find talent. This is a permanent position with genuine impact on everything we do.

What You'll Own

• Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting systems that track live job market data across residential and commercial property sectors in real-time

• Analysing candidate behaviour, application patterns and platform engagement to uncover trends and spot opportunities before anyone else

• Creating salary insights and market reports using current job ad data, replacing outdated surveys with real, actionable visibility

• Supporting key business decisions with clear, compelling analysis that stakeholders actually use

• Identifying gaps in our data infrastructure and recommending improvements

What We're Looking For

You're analytical and detail-oriented, with genuine curiosity about what the data is trying to tell you. You're comfortable with dashboards and reporting tools, can work with SQL or Python, and know your way around data visualisation. You understand the property sector (or pick it up quickly) and can translate complex analysis into insights that non-technical people understand.

You're proactive, not reactive. You spot trends before being asked. You communicate clearly. You take ownership of the data that matters and make sure it's accurate, relevant and actionable.
