The Role

Are you the person who can walk into a demo and walk out with a handshake? Our client is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant who thrives at the critical moment when prospects go from "interested" to "convinced."

You'll be the bridge between what our client builds and what customers actually need. Working within the Sales and Employer Partnerships team, you'll deliver product demonstrations that don't just showcase features, they spark understanding. Deals live or die in these conversations, and you'll be the one steering them toward success.

This is a hybrid of storytelling, technical fluency, and sales instinct. You'll work remotely with flexibility and autonomy, but you're never working alone, working closely with account executives who depend on your insights to close deals.

What You'll Own

  • Deliver compelling, tailored product demos to prospects throughout the sales cycle (from early-stage interest to near-close)
  • Partner with account executives before each demo to understand prospect pain points, business context, and decision criteria
  • Address technical and commercial objections with clarity and confidence, turning concerns into opportunities
  • Capture and synthesize prospect feedback, feeding insights back to the team and product
  • Become the go-to expert on how the platform solves real problems for real customers

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in a pre-sales, solutions engineer, or sales development role
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into language that resonates with different buyer personas
  • Strong communication skills: you explain things clearly without oversimplifying
  • Comfort with technical concepts, but you're not necessarily a developer (learner's mindset required)
  • Natural curiosity about customer needs and how to solve them
  • Self-starter mentality; you manage your calendar and follow up religiously
  • Collaborative attitude; you work well across sales, product, and customer success teams
