The microphone is on for Lovelio. Close this tab, click the Lovelio button in your toolbar, and hit Dictate.

Your browser turned the request down. Two quick checks fix it every time.
- In Chrome: click the microphone icon in the address bar (or open chrome://settings/content/microphone) and set this page to Allow.
- On your Mac: open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone and switch on Google Chrome.

Chrome couldn't find a microphone on this computer. Plug one in or check it's connected, then try again.
