Partner accounts

A partner account is a free Lovelio account for people who work alongside recruitment agencies: industry people who network with recruiters and help them run better businesses, and software or integration partners who need an account that stays. There are three types: Industry partner, Software partner and Integrated partner.

What a partner account is and is not

• Free. It is never billed, never locked for an unpaid plan, and never moved to a paid plan on its own.
• Never emails anyone. Candidates, clients and contacts in a partner account never receive email or WhatsApp from it, even if every email setting is switched on. The mute is permanent and cannot be lifted from inside the account.
• Not public. Its jobs and careers pages are not visible to the public, and it is closed to the Marketplace.
• AI is capped each day. AI features work, with a daily limit so a demo cannot run away with cost.
• Never cleaned up. Unlike a demo account, a partner account is not deleted by the stale-account sweep. It stays until a Lovelio admin suspends or deletes it.

How a Lovelio admin creates one

Admin > Partners > Create partner account. Enter the partner's name, the type, and the contact's name and email, then press Create partner account.

• The account is made in the region of the admin site you are on.
• The contact's sign-in link is shown once, with a Copy link button. It is not emailed, because the account never sends email. Hand it over yourself. It works for 14 days.
• The contact's email must not already have a Lovelio login. One email can belong to one account only, so use name+partner@ if they already have one.
• If the account was made but the link failed, open the account in the Partners tab and use Issue a login.
