You are in complete control over what you share, and the fee split you need for each candidate and job.
The Splits Marketplace is absolutely ideal for when you have a valuable client that needs your help on a role that is outside your normal specialisations.
You can spend weeks advertising and trying to land a magical candidate in an area you are not expert in, or you can instantly find an agency that has exactly who you need, ready to go.
Likewise with candidates.
If you meet someone amazing, but they fall outside your normal areas of operation, or your clients are a bit quiet at the time - get the candidate's permission and share them anonymously on the marketplace. Great people and jobs are always in demand and someone in the Lovelio marketplace will help you to get that deal done.
All jobs and people are shared in anonymity. Lovelio does not take a share in the fee splits - that is purely between the two agencies to manage together.
As part of our Terms we require honesty and ethical behaviour at all times on the marketplace, or else face being blocked from using the marketplace, and potentially also from Lovelio. This all works when everyone is working together and behaving honourably.
