AI usage

Signed in? Ask Lovelio this question inside the app - it answers from this same page.

Settings > Billing shows where Lovelio's AI went for the agency, under this month's credits. There is nothing to set up. The bars fill in within about an hour. There is no separate Usage page any more: the old Settings > Usage address opens Billing.

What it shows

  • AI credits - the credits used this month out of the plan's allowance, and when it resets. Accounts with unlimited AI credits see their usage without a limit.
  • Five bars - the share of all the AI work Lovelio did for the agency in the period, one bar per category, as a percentage.

The five categories:

  • Finding candidates - building profiles, checking experience, matching to jobs and pools, database search.
  • Screening applicants - reading CVs, job fit checks, phone screens, forms, availability.
  • Clients and job ads - client DNA, company research, ad and social post writing, call notes.
  • Business development - scoring leads, market analysis, opportunity signals, sales briefs.
  • Everyday help - Ask Lovelio, dictation, email drafting, analytics questions, setup.

The default is the current calendar month. The switch at the top of the page changes the bars to the last 7, 30 or 90 days. The credits line always shows the current billing month.

Why the bars and the credits do not add up

Credits count the work a person starts: a search, a job ad, an Ask Lovelio question, an applicant read. Background work such as building candidate profiles, checking experience claims and scoring leads is free, and Lovelio carries it. The bars include that background work, so Finding candidates or Business development can be the biggest bar while charging no credits at all.

Who can see it

Admins only. It is part of Billing, so consultants and team leaders do not see it.

What the numbers mean

  • Everything comes from Lovelio's usage ledger, the same one the credits are counted from.
  • The page never shows model names, suppliers, prompts, token counts, dollar figures, run counts, individual tasks or individual people.
  • Lovelio's own housekeeping, such as model trials and shared skill and title checking, is left out.
  • Counts come from a daily ledger, so today's numbers grow during the day and settle within the hour.
  • Migrations and job board postings sit outside credits. Migration work is priced in the migration fee and boards bill their own postings.

Common questions

  • "Why is Finding candidates so big?" Every new candidate gets a profile, an experience check and a matching index, automatically. It is most of the work and none of the credits.
  • "Can I see which person used the AI?" No. The allowance belongs to the agency, and the page shows the whole agency's use.
  • "What happens when the credits run out?" Nothing stops. The AI keeps running, every applicant is still read and filed, and there is no warning email. Settings > Billing shows the figures. If you go over your AI usage limit two months in a row, we will bump you up to the next plan, and the account owner is emailed that day with the new monthly price. The only thing that pauses the AI is a subscription that has lapsed. See the Plans and billing card.
