Opportunity and agency reports

The Weekly pulse lives under Opportunities. The other seven stored reports live under Analytics > Reports. You can run any report when you want it. The Weekly pulse and Money moments also run automatically each Monday morning in your local timezone. Each run computes in the background and lands on its tile; clicking a finished tile opens that exact stored run. Reports are included in the one Lovelio plan.
Weekly BD Pulse
The Weekly BD Pulse turns the verified client and prospect changes already stored by Opportunity Radar into one action list for your desk. It covers opportunities first surfaced to Lovelio during the seven complete days from the previous Monday to this Monday and groups them into Act now, Your clients, New doors, Your market, and Worth knowing. A late scan can therefore bring an older real-world event into this week's pulse; the row still shows when the event itself happened.
Each consultant gets a pulse built under their own client and team visibility. When it contains changes, Lovelio sends a notification that opens that exact snapshot. Evidence links open the verified HTTPS source. Your market and Worth knowing cover stored, company-linked events relevant to your watched clients and targets; they are not a complete news feed for the whole industry. A manual run uses the latest rolling seven days.
Money moments
Money moments is the record of what your desk did with the client replies that stopped their screen. A client asking to interview someone, asking a question, saying they are interested, or moving a booked interview stops the recruiter with a window they cannot close - and that window can be pushed away for 30 minutes, twice.
The report covers the last seven days and shows, for each consultant: how many money moments they were given, how many they pushed away once, how many they pushed away the maximum two times, how many are still not answered, and how long they typically take to answer from the moment the client's ask hit the screen. It then lists the moments still waiting on someone, oldest first, with what the client asked for and the fee if it lands.
Pushing a moment away and answering it forty minutes later is the escape working as designed. Pushing it twice and never coming back is not, and the two are never added together.
Who sees what. Money moments is the one report that is one person's own copy. An admin's copy counts everyone in the agency, a team leader's counts their team, and a consultant's counts only themself - so a consultant sees exactly the line their team leader sees. This is decided by role, not by your data visibility setting, and it is the same in agency mode. The report has no share link and no public page: it never leaves Lovelio.
The eight reports
All eight are free to run.
- Weekly BD Pulse: the grounded client changes, new doors and market context worth acting on this week, ordered by priority, relevance and recency.
- Clients who went quiet: clients you have placed with who have had no recorded activity of any kind for two years or more - no jobs, no placements, no notes, no email. Sorted by the fees they have paid you.
- Contacts going cold: contacts with a real history of correspondence with you (emails received from them, logged calls and notes) and no interaction for 18 months or more, ranked by how active the relationship once was.
- Fill rate: every job taken on in the last three years by outcome - filled, closed without a fill, still open - split by work type and year, with median time to fill. Evergreen (always open) jobs are excluded.
- Your agency, by the numbers: a three-year profile from placement and job records - fees, median salary, fee rate, client industries, locations, work types, repeat versus new clients.
- Where the additional revenue sits: what the records show about money that never landed - jobs that closed without a fill, vetted candidates shown to only one client, clients who never bought twice, contract work with no recorded revenue, and placements priced below your usual rate. Estimates are flagged as estimates.
- Money moments: every client reply that stopped someone last week, by consultant - answered on the spot, pushed away once, pushed away twice, or still waiting. Your own copy only.
- Referee details in resumes: referees found in your stored parsed resumes with contact details that are not the candidate's own. A referee only counts as contactable when the resume gives a real email or phone number for them.
Runs and snapshots
A report page shows a stored snapshot from its run, never a live query. That means the report you look at (or share) says exactly what the data said when it ran - it does not shift underneath you. To refresh the numbers, run the report again from its tile. The tile shows when the report last ran and a small chart drawn from that run's own numbers.
Rows open records
On a report page, rows link into the app: a client row opens the client slideout, a candidate row opens the candidate slideout, and a Weekly BD Pulse row opens the matching client signal or BD target. Evidence links open the verified public source in a new tab.
Print, PDF and sharing
Every report page has Print and Download PDF, and every report but Money moments has Share link. Print and the PDF strip the app chrome and keep the tables. Share link copies a read-only web address anyone can open without signing in - the link is the credential, the page shows the stored snapshot with no links into your app, and the address is not guessable. Share a report only with people you are happy to see those numbers. Money moments has no share link at all, because it names what each person did.
Cost confirmation
Reports that spend money (for example, future reports that call AI or external data) show the estimated cost and ask you to confirm before anything is charged. Free reports run immediately. The current eight reports are all free. The scheduled pulse only reads stored opportunities, so building the report itself makes no web search or AI call.
When a run does not finish
A run that stops answering for 15 minutes is treated as dead: the tile says the last run did not finish and the Run button comes back so you can just run it again. A tile can never be stuck showing "Running now" with a dead button.
Running from elsewhere
"Run the quiet clients report" also works from the AI search bar, Cmd+K, and Slack - it is the same run_report action everywhere, and the result lands under Analytics > Reports.
