Opportunities

Signed in? Ask Lovelio this question inside the app - it answers from this same page.

Opportunities tells a consultant which company to call, why now, and what to do next. Lovelio never contacts a prospect. The consultant owns the call and the relationship.

Inbox

The Inbox is the default view. It combines verified public changes, strong live hiring briefs, client expansion, warm contact moves, and private movement into one ranked work list. Each company appears once. Every row shows:

  • what changed
  • why it matters
  • the agency's existing edge
  • the recommended next move
  • the verified source when the fact came from public news

Act today contains Priority 1 verified changes. This week contains Priority 2 changes and other strong current reasons to call. Priority 3 market context stays in the Weekly pulse, so it cannot bury today's work. A static target does not enter the Inbox until Lovelio has a new reason to act.

The Inbox is this week's news only: nothing older than 7 days appears, and it never shows more than 100 companies. The sidebar count follows the same two rules. A migration or a bulk data load is not movement: facts loaded in bulk on one day never make a client read as active.

Client movement and warm contact moves are worked out once a day by Lovelio's overnight sweep and stored, so the page opens fast however big the client book is. A new agency sees no movement until the first sweep has run; movement that happens today shows tomorrow. The client record's Signals tab shows the same stored movement figures, with the named people read live for that one client.

Every hiring brief carries the people on the agency's own books who already fit the roles being advertised, named on the card and in the daily email. They are found with the same search engine as everywhere else in Lovelio, and only strong and good fits are named, so an empty match line means nobody on the books fits, not that nothing was checked. Briefs a consultant files themselves from the Chrome extension and briefs Lovelio finds overnight both carry it.

Mark handled keeps the verified fact in history. Not useful removes it from the normal feed. Neither action records a call. Use Log call when a real call happened.

Companies

Companies is the stable watchlist. Each client or prospect appears once with its relationship, latest change, pursuing state, market, and fit. Search here when you want one company. Open a client to reach its Opportunities tab. Open a prospect to review its brief, pursue it, log a touch, dismiss it, or add it as a client.

Weekly pulse

The Weekly pulse collects lower-priority changes and market context. Each consultant receives a scope-correct stored snapshot every Monday when it contains something useful. The pulse does not make a new web or AI call. It reads the verified opportunities Lovelio already stored during the week.

What Lovelio watches

The monitoring bar shows how many companies Lovelio watches and when the market last refreshed. What we recruit opens the agency's saved market focus in Settings. Lovelio drafts this from the agency's records, but a consultant confirms it before it is used in the market scan.

Opportunity Radar monitors identified clients and prospects for funding, acquisitions, leadership changes, hiring expansion, material distress, and other hiring triggers. A public opportunity must have a verified HTTPS source. Lovelio stores a short grounded summary and source metadata, never an article body.

Alerts and exact links

Priority 1 and 2 opportunities create an ambient bell alert. Priority 1 can also email. Every alert opens the exact opportunity in the Inbox or the exact client Opportunities tab. The Home page also shows a compact count when Priority 1 or 2 items need attention. Reading a notification does not mark the opportunity handled.

Active Floats live on the Home money belt. View all floats opens the full history. How many floats each consultant and team sent, and how many became jobs, is the Floats card on the Analytics page. Marketplace has its own left-rail destination when the agency enables it. The Weekly pulse stays under Opportunities; the other stored reports live under Analytics > Reports.

Common questions

  • Why is my Inbox empty? Lovelio found no new reason to act. The monitoring bar confirms that the watch is still running.
  • Why is a company only under Companies? It is being watched, but nothing new currently justifies an Inbox item.
  • Can Lovelio email a prospect? No. Lovelio identifies and explains the opportunity. The consultant decides what happens next.
  • Why did an item disappear? It was handled, dismissed, converted, or no longer met the current feed rules.
  • Where did New business go? It became Opportunities. Old links redirect to the correct new destination.
