Candidate evidence
Signed in? Ask Lovelio this question inside the app - it answers from this same page.
Check a group of candidates against specific requirements. The group can come from selected records, a talent pool, a job's applicants, a CV import, a search or the candidate database. A job-based review uses its full compiled requirements. A search review starts with everyone eligible under its exact filters and reports whether the evidence establishes the search requirements.
Each requirement reports supported, contradicted, not established or uncertain. Original source quotes accompany the evidence where available. Missing CVs, long documents, failed checks and stale records have separate processing states. A missing statement does not prove someone lacks a skill.
Reviews continue after you close the browser. Reopen the review link to read progress. Group membership is fixed when the review starts. Newly added members need a new review. An import review tells you how many import items had not finished when it started.
Ask Lovelio can start a review and return its saved link. You can also tick candidates and choose Check CVs for...
On People, tick the candidates you want and choose Check CVs for... in the bar at the bottom. Ticks carry across result pages. There is no button to check a whole search or the whole database from People. A talent pool has Check pool evidence, or tick members and choose Check CVs for... A job's Candidates tab has Check all applicants. The CV import window offers Check imported candidates once processing has started..
Lovelio reuses evidence only while its source, date and check versions still match. Changed or deleted sources cannot appear as current evidence. Every read checks your current access.
Evidence packs reuse the same checks for a submission, interview preparation or job comparison. They retain gaps and conflicting quotes. The pack does not send a submission or email, reject anyone, or move a pipeline stage. Notes, email, call transcripts and references are labelled as sources not checked by this review.
Packs label current candidate preferences separately from CV evidence. Client hiring preferences provide context, not proof about a candidate, and start collapsed. A compact pack can omit supporting passages for size; each omission links to the full evidence at the same saved result position. The full requirement, alternatives, exclusions, gaps and conflicting quotes remain visible. Copy result link saves your current result page so you can reopen it later.
The API and MCP use the same service. Start with evaluate_candidate_evidence or prepare_evidence_pack, then read get_evidence_evaluation or get_evidence_pack. Read every result page before describing the full group. API candidate access limits still apply.
