Links people open without signing in

Most things you send have a link. The person opens it from the email and needs no account. The link is the key, so treat it like a key. The page title is your agency's name, not Lovelio.

Pick-a-time link (the candidate chooses)

When you offer a candidate times, their email carries a link to a page of your times, grouped by day, shown in their own time zone.

  1. They press a time. The page reads "Select a time above" until they do.
  2. They confirm. The page says "You're booked in" with the day and time.
  3. "Add to calendar" gives them a calendar file.
  4. "Need a different time? Reschedule" reopens the choice and clears the old time.

An old or wrong link says "This link isn't valid" and tells them to get back in touch with you for a fresh one. Offering times is covered in the Interviews card.

Confirm link

The booking email has one button, "Confirm and add to your calendar". It opens a page with when, where and who with. "Yes, I'll be there" stamps the interview as confirmed. The client contact has their own link that works the same way. The Interviews card has the detail.

Interviewer scorecard link

Each interviewer gets their own link to their own scorecard. On your own interview it opens the full form: prep, then conduct, then done. On a client interview the client sees one question only, how did it go and why. Scorecard links stop opening 30 days after the interview. The page says "This link has expired" and tells the person to ask the consultant.

Job share page

A job's share link opens a read-only page in your agency's name. It shows either "Assessment Criteria" or the interview questions for the role, grouped by phase. While they are still being made, the page says to check back shortly. If the link is dead it says "Link expired or invalid. Please ask the hiring team for an updated link."

Shared reports

On an agency report, "Share link" copies a read-only web address. Anyone with it can see the stored snapshot, with no sign-in and no live data, and can use "Print or save as PDF". Reports about one person's own record, such as Money moments, cannot be shared. The link opens nothing for them. See the Opportunity and agency reports card.

Split-fee link

When you send a listing to an agency that is not on Lovelio, they get a link to an anonymous page. It shows the listing, the fee split and "Your estimated share". They press "I'm interested" or "Not for me". The first answer is final, and they can add a note. The Marketplace card has the full rules.

Unsubscribe

Candidate emails carry an unsubscribe link. Pressing it stops recruitment emails from that agency through Lovelio. The page reads "Unsubscribed" and says to contact the recruiter if it was a mistake. The withdrawal is logged against the candidate as consent withdrawn. An expired or bad link says so and tells them to contact you.

GDPR statement

/gdpr is a public page for people in the EU and UK. It sets out Lovelio's role, lawful bases, retention, transfers and a person's rights. You can send it to a candidate who asks.

Why does a link say it is invalid?

  • The link was edited or cut off when pasted. Send it again.
  • The time passed. Scorecard links stop 30 days after the interview.
  • The listing or record it points to was closed or removed.
