Contractor page (the link a contractor opens)

Every contractor has their own page. They open it from a link, on their phone, with no password to remember. It shows your agency's name and logo and asks for four things:

• Free from: the day they can start something new.
• Day rate: what they want per day.
• Areas: the places they will work, as short tags.
• Documents we need: each document a running or starting contract still needs, with an Upload button.

When you have asked them something that is still open, the page asks it too: "We asked if you are free from 16 Nov" with a one-tap "Yes, that date", or "Want to stay on past 13 Nov?" with "Yes, keep me on" and "No, I will finish". An answer on the page counts exactly like an email reply: a free date is marked as their own confirmation, and "No, I will finish" sets the contract plan to Finishing.

Which emails carry the link

Every email that asks a contractor something carries a link to their page under your words: the availability asks, the weekly check-ins, "Want to stay on?", and every "Ask Priya for it" document chase. The link line reads "You can also answer on your page" (or "upload it on your page" for a document). A reply by email still works as before.

Each email gets a fresh link. A link works for 60 days and then says it has run out and to ask you for a new one.

When they upload a document

The file lands on their record and in the contract's Documents box as sent, not checked: the line says "Sent on their page, not checked yet" and shows "To check". The chase is over, so the reminders about that document stop, but it does not count as checked until someone looks. Open the line, check the file and the dates, and Save changes: that marks it checked by you. The consultant on the contract (or whoever sent the ask) hears about every change in the bell: "Priya updated their page", "Priya sent their police check".

Copying the link yourself

On a contract placement, under the Documents box, "Copy Priya's page link" puts a fresh link on your clipboard, ready to paste into a text or WhatsApp. Ask Lovelio and Slack give you one too ("send me Priya's page link").
