Lovelio agents sit in the left menu, with a pink number showing how much is waiting for you. They keep working when your laptop is closed.
Each agent's page
- To review: what needs a decision from you.
- In progress: what the agent is working on now.
- Completed: what it finished in the last 30 days.
- All work: everything above, newest first.
Click a row to open it and act on it. A row leaves To review once you have dealt with it.
Business development
- Reads your watched companies' careers pages every night.
- Shows new jobs with the people who fit, and floats ready for you to check.
- Shows contacts and candidates who moved, and people you know who applied.
- Agents draft and you send. Nothing goes to a client until you press Send.
- Your watched companies are still on the Opportunities page, through the "companies watched" link.
Talent pools
- Adds people who meet a pool's rules, automatically.
- Open a row to see who joined and why the pool exists, then remove anyone you do not want.
- Mark as reviewed clears the row. If you do nothing, the people stay in the pool.
- Only people the agent added show here. People you add by hand do not.
