Pin the actions you use most

Every record (candidate, contact, client, job, deal file, placement and talent pool member) has the same row of buttons along the top: the main button for that record, Email, a few icon buttons, Share, then the ... menu, which is always last. Hover over an icon to see what it does.

Pin an action

Open the ... menu and hover over an action. Click the pin on the right of it. The action now sits on the record as an icon, left of the ... menu. Click the pin again to take it off.

• You can pin up to five actions per record type. Your candidate pins are separate from your client pins.
• Pins are yours. Your teammates keep their own.
• Pins follow you to any computer you sign in on.
• Delete and the Move to list stay in the ... menu and cannot be pinned.

On a narrow screen

When the panel is too narrow for every icon, the extra icons fold away. Everything is still in the ... menu.

Common questions

• Why do I already have icons I never pinned? Lovelio starts each record with the actions people use most. Unpin any you do not want.
• An action I pinned has gone. It shows only when it can run on that record. It comes back on records where it applies.
