Click a record and it slides out

Click the name of a client, contact, candidate, placement or job anywhere in Lovelio and its record slides out on the right. The page you were on stays exactly where it was: same menu, same tab, same scroll, same filters. On a job, clicking the client's name opens the client over the job; close it and you are back on the job. A job opens with everything the job page has: the same header, tabs and candidates.
There is no preview popup in between. A click opens the record itself.
Records stack
Open a record from inside a record and the new one sits on top. A client opened from a job, then a contact opened from that client, are two panels, one over the other. A job opened from a client sits over the client the same way. Close the top one (the X, Escape, or a click outside it) and the one underneath is still there. Clicking a record that is already open brings it back to the top. Up to six panels stack; past that the oldest one drops off.
Links, refresh and new tabs
The open panels are kept in the page address, so refreshing the page reopens them, and copying the address shares the page with its panels open. Moving to another menu closes them.
To open a record as its own full page instead, hold Cmd (Mac) or Ctrl (Windows) when you click, or middle-click. That opens it in a new browser tab.
What still changes page
Clicking a job on the Jobs list opens the full job page, so the arrows at the top step through the list. Links that ask the job to do something (open a deal, book an interview) also go to the job page. Lists (all placements, all clients, a filtered search) still take you to that list. Creating a record (a new candidate or a new job) takes you to what you made.

- Why did clicking a job not take me to Jobs? It opened the job on the right so you keep your place. Cmd or Ctrl click opens the full job page in a new tab.
- Why did clicking a client not take me to Clients? It opened the client on the right so you keep your place. Close it to carry on, or Cmd or Ctrl click to open the full page in a new tab.
- Where did the snapshot popups go? They were removed in November 2026. A click now opens the full record straight away.
- Why does the address have panel= in it? That is the list of records open on the right, so a refresh or a shared link opens the same ones.
