Support access

Signed in? Ask Lovelio this question inside the app - it answers from this same page.

Sometimes Lovelio support opens your account to help: to check your settings after a data import, or to fix something you asked about. Settings > Workspace > Support access lists every visit. Admins only.

What a visit is

  • It is an admin sign-in made for that one visit. It is not anybody's own login, and nobody at Lovelio can reuse it.
  • It lasts two hours at most, then it stops working on its own.
  • It takes no seat, is not on your Users list, and is never offered as a person to assign work to.
  • A pink banner reads "Lovelio support is viewing this account" on every page for the whole visit, so nobody mistakes it for one of your team.
  • It never receives email from your account, and it cannot create API keys or connect apps.

What you see

Each row shows who from Lovelio opened the account, when, until when, and how many records changed during the visit. The changes are kept in your account history like any other edit.

Ending a visit

An open visit has an "End now" button. It stops the visit at once: the next page load inside that visit shows "Support session ended". Lovelio support can also end it from their side, and it ends itself after two hours.
