The demo agency and keeping it

Signed in? Ask Lovelio this question inside the app - it answers from this same page.

"Use Lovelio" on the website opens a real agency for a visitor to try, with no sign-up form. It is yours to click around in. You can turn it into your real account at any time.

How does someone get in?

  1. Press "Use Lovelio" on the website.
  2. Type a work email. A personal address such as a free mail account is refused: "Please use your work email, not a personal one".
  3. Lovelio sends a six digit code. It works for 10 minutes.
  4. Type the code. The agency opens.

Limits: 5 codes per email an hour and 10 per network an hour. Past that it says "Too many codes requested. Try again shortly." If the email already owns a demo, the code takes them back into it. If the email already has a real Lovelio account, they are told so and are not signed in. They sign in to their own account instead.

What is in it?

A Scottish finance agency, "Class Finance People", part way through the week. It has five live jobs across five clients, scored applications, two talent pools, a shortlist with a client waiting three days, a spec with no reply, a client interview later today, an internal one tomorrow, and a placement that has started plus one pending. All the candidate emails are made up.

What is switched off?

The banner says it: "This is a real Lovelio agency and it is yours - click anything, break anything. It clears after 7 days, and nothing you send here actually sends."

  • No email leaves the demo. No webhooks. No invites. No careers page.
  • Pretend clients reply on their own after a short delay when you send a submission or a spec, so you can see the full loop.
  • The demo is cleared after 7 days.

How do I keep it?

Press "Keep this account" in the banner, or go to /keep. It is free until you choose a plan.

  1. Fill in "Your agency's name", "Your name", "Email" and "Password" (at least 8 characters).
  2. Press "Keep this account". It says "Making it yours..." then "Done - taking you back".
  3. You land on the dashboard.

What changes: your email and password are now your sign-in, the agency gets your name, the demo logo and website are cleared, and it becomes a normal customer account with email turned on. Everything in it stays, including the demo data. Delete what you do not want. Email automations all start off, as for any new agency.

Errors: "That email already has a Lovelio account. Sign in to it instead." means use the sign-in page. "This account is not a demo account." means it is already a real one.

Plans and trial detail are in the Plans and billing card.
