RecDial is a phone system built specifically for recruitment agencies. Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarised, then automatically saved to the right candidate, client or contractor record. Call transcripts, summaries and recordings upload upon completion, and SMS messages are written as notes.

The platform surfaces client and candidate context before you connect, so you know who you're calling and what matters to them. It captures recruitment outcomes like whether a candidate is available or willing to move on rate, then turns these into action items.

Call activity, notes, summaries and tasks sync automatically back to your ATS, so your team stays in step without double handling.
